Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how Pluritech (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use Pluritech Agent (the “portal”).

Who is responsible

Pluritech is the controller for portal account and usage data. For support contact details, see Helpdesk in the portal when configured, or ask your Pluritech contact.

What we process

• Account data — name, email address, role, organization link, optional profile photo, and password credentials (stored as a hash).
• Security data — authenticator-app 2FA secrets and backup codes when you enable them; login and session cookies.
• Portal activity — chat conversations with the assistant, FAQ/documentation you create or view, suggestions you submit, and (for staff) administrative actions recorded in the audit log.
• Operational mail — invite and password-reset messages sent through the portal mail connection (addresses and delivery status; message bodies do not store passwords).

Why we process it

• To provide and secure access to the portal (contract / legitimate interest).
• To deliver product assistance via chat and workspace tools.
• To operate integrations you configure (for example GitLab, uptime, mail).
• To meet security and accountability obligations (audit trail for staff mutations).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers strictly as needed to run the portal (hosting, email delivery, AI model providers for chat). Tenant-scoped data is not shared with other organizations.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymized when access is removed, subject to legal retention needs (for example audit or security logs). Chat and workspace content follow the retention of the portal deployment operated by Pluritech.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including the GDPR), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You can update name, email, password, photo, and 2FA yourself on My profile when signed in. To exercise other rights, contact Pluritech helpdesk or your organization admin.

These terms govern use of Pluritech Agent by Pluritech staff and invited client organization users.

Access

• Accounts are personal. Do not share sign-in credentials.
• Access is limited to the role and permissions granted to you.
• Tenant users may only access their organization’s scoped data.

Acceptable use

• Use the portal for legitimate business purposes related to Pluritech services.
• Do not attempt to access other tenants’ data or bypass security controls.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential material you are not authorized to process.
• Do not abuse chat, tools, or integrations in ways that disrupt the service.

Content and AI assistance

Chat answers are based on portal knowledge and tools available to your role. They can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important operational decisions against primary systems. Do not paste secrets into chat.

Integrations

When staff connect third-party systems (GitLab, uptime, mail, and similar), those systems’ own terms also apply. Credentials are stored encrypted for portal use and must not be exposed in chat or shared settings fields.

Availability

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the portal evolves.

Suspension

Pluritech may suspend or revoke access for security reasons, misuse, or end of engagement with your organization.

Cookie policy

Pluritech Agent uses cookies and similar storage that are required to sign you in and keep the portal secure. Optional categories are off until you allow them in Cookie settings.

Necessary cookies

Always active. Without them the portal cannot operate securely.

• Session — keeps you signed in while you use the portal.
• Remember me — optional longer sign-in when you choose it on login.
• CSRF protection — helps prevent forged requests.
• Cookie consent — remembers your cookie choices (local storage).

Preferences

Optional. Used only for non-essential interface preferences stored in your browser (for example remembering UI choices). Not required to use the portal.

Analytics

Optional. Reserved for anonymous usage measurement if enabled in a future release. The portal does not load analytics scripts unless you allow this category.

Open Cookie settings any time to change optional categories, or use the cookie banner when it appears. You can also clear site data in your browser to reset consent.
